CHAPTER 301 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 46.2-742.2, relating to special license plates. [H 1333] Approved April 4, 1994

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-742.2 as follows:

§ 46.2-742.2. Special license plates for persons awarded the Navy Cross, the Distinguished Service Cross, or the Air Force Cross.

On receipt of an application and written evidence that the applicant has been awarded the Navy Cross, the Distinguished Service Cross, or the Air Force Cross, the Commissioner shall issue to the applicant special license plates.
