CHAPTER 1 An Act to repeal Chapter 640 of the Acts of Assembly of 1993, relating to conformity of Virginia income tax laws to the Internal Revenue Code. [S 185] Approved February 15, 1994

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Chapter 640 of the Acts of Assembly of 1993 is repealed.

2. That the provisions of this act shall be effective for all taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 1993.

3. That an emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
