We, the conferees, appointed by the respective bodies to consider and report upon the disagreeing vote on Senate Bill No. 143, report as follows:

A. We recommend that the House Amendments be rejected.

B. We recommend that the engrossed bill be amended as follows to resolve the matter under disagreement.

and insert

14. Operators of school buses being used to transport pupils to or from public schools; and

15. Operators of (i) commuter buses having a capacity of twenty or more passengers, including the driver, and used to regularly transport workers to and from their places of employment and (ii) public transit buses.
