Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Board of Health shall, pursuant to its authority under § 32.1-35 of the Code of Virginia, add alpha-gal syndrome to the list of diseases that shall be reported to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
