SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Retired judges temporarily recalled to service; per diem compensation. Raises from $200 to $400 the per diem compensation for any justice, judge, member of the State Corporation Commission, or member of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission who is retired and who is temporarily recalled to service.
