Requests the Advisory Board on Teacher Education and Licensure to study the impact of the Commonwealth joining the Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact and report to the General Assembly no later than November 30, 2023, its findings and a recommendation regarding whether the Commonwealth should join such compact.
