SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)

Mutual liability for necessaries; furnishing of medical care. Provides that liability shall not be imposed upon one spouse for medical care furnished to the patient spouse when such patient spouse predeceases the nonpatient spouse.
