SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Persons other than ministers who may perform rites of marriage; bond requirement. Allows the court to waive the $500 bond required to be entered into prior to a person celebrating the rites of marriage if such person qualifies for in forma pauperis status.
