Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Health shall amend its regulations and each local health department and health district shall amend its regulations and guidance documents relating to mobile food units to allow up to 20 percent of the sanitation and food preparation activities of a mobile food unit to take place within a 50-foot radius of the mobile food unit.
