SENATE BILL NO. 1085 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee on Transportation on February 16, 2023) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Senator Ebbin) A BILL to direct the Superintendent of State Police to convene a work group to examine the issue of vehicle noise in the Commonwealth.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Superintendent of State Police shall convene a work group to examine the issue of vehicle noise in the Commonwealth. The work group shall include representatives of the relevant stakeholders. The work group shall complete all meetings and report its findings and recommendations, if any, to the Chairmen of the Senate and House Committees on Transportation by November 1, 2023.
