VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act directing the Department of Human Resource Management to update certain policies related to the alternative application process for the employment of persons with a disability; policy update. [H 2153] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Human Resource Management shall update the policy related to the alternative application process for the employment of persons with a disability implemented pursuant to Chapter 218 of the Acts of Assembly of 2021, Special Session I, to allow individuals currently employed with the Commonwealth of Virginia an equal opportunity to apply for and obtain a Certification of Disability.
