Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. Pursuant to the authority granted in § 40.1-22 of the Code of Virginia, the Safety and Health Codes Board with the Department of Labor and Industry shall adopt regulations to ensure that mental health resources developed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services are included on the Virginia Occupational Safety and Health Program's Job Safety and Health Protection poster that employers are required to keep posted in the workplace.
