SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Historical horse racing; electronic gaming terminals; age requirement; penalty. Prohibits any person under 21 years of age from using any electronic gaming terminal or other electronic device in a satellite facility to wager on or conduct any wagering on historical horse racing. This bill is identical to SB 366.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Horse racing and pari-mutuel wagering; prohibition on persons under 21 years of age; penalty. Raises from 18 to 21 years of age the minimum age for a person to wager on or conduct any wagering on the outcome of a horse race or to be admitted into a satellite facility without being accompanied by such person's parent or legal guardian.
