SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Credit unions; expansion of field of membership to underserved areas. Authorizes a credit union to expand its field of membership to include individuals or organizations in one or more underserved areas to the same extent, and subject to the same conditions, as is authorized for federally chartered credit unions.
