CHAPTER 312 An Act to repeal Chapter 109, as amended, of the Acts of Assembly of 1984, which provided a charter for the Town of Pound in Wise County. [H 904] Approved April 11, 2022

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Chapter 109, as amended, of the Acts of Assembly of 1984 is repealed.

2. That the provisions of this act shall become effective on November 1, 2023.
