SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Constitutional amendment (first resolution); public schools in the Commonwealth; equal educational opportunities. Requires the General Assembly to provide for a system of public schools in the Commonwealth with equal educational opportunities for all children and to ensure that all school age children are provided with equal educational opportunities.
