SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Virginia taxable income; subtraction for active duty military income or veteran retirement compensation. Provides a subtraction from Virginia taxable income, for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2020, for any income of active duty military members or the retirement compensation received by veterans for their service.
