SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; JLARC; remote sales and use tax distribution to localities; report. Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission (JLARC) to study the distribution of remote sales and use taxes to localities. JLARC shall determine whether current practices are distributing the proper amount of revenue to each locality and recommend to the General Assembly any changes needed to improve the system.
