Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-603.2 as follows:

§ 46.2-603.2. Electronic titling program; vehicle fleet.

For the purposes of any electronic titling program established by the Department for the registration or titling of fleet vehicles, a "fleet" shall be defined as 25 or more vehicles.
