SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Conduct of business of the General Assembly by electronic means; joint committee established. Establishes a joint committee, consisting of eight legislative members, for the purpose of determining rules to govern the conduct of business of the General Assembly by electronic means. The joint committee shall submit a summary of its recommendations to the General Assembly no later than December 15, 2021.
