SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Dumping trash; personal protective equipment. Adds personal protective equipment to the list of items that are prohibited from being dumped on public or private land without authorization and provides for an additional $500 fine when the dumping involves personal protective equipment. The bill provides that the funds from the additional fine shall be allocated by a locality to security for any courthouse in the locality.
