SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Civil cause of action; intentional act or act of gross negligence by member of the Virginia Parole Board. Creates a civil cause of action against a member of the Parole Board for injury to or death of a person that is caused by a prisoner who is released on parole when there was an intentional act or act of gross negligence made by the member of the Parole Board in granting parole to such prisoner. The bill provides that no immunities or limitations on liability or damages shall apply to this cause of action.
