SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Administration of state government; Flag Protection Act. Provides that neither the Governor nor any agency of the executive branch of state government shall order the removal of any flag of the United States displayed on any private personal property, including construction equipment belonging to a contractor, located on public property unless such flag is deemed a safety hazard by a state or local police department, sheriff's office, fire department, or fire marshal.
