Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, there is hereby appropriated to the Department of Housing and Community Development from the general appropriation act for the period beginning July 1, 2020, and ending June 30, 2022, a sum sufficient to expand access to broadband services in unserved and underserved areas of the Commonwealth.
