WHEREAS, as of the date of the reporting of this resolution to the House of Delegates for its consideration the House Committee on Rules is deemed to have appointed Amigo R. Wade of Chesterfield, Virginia 23838, as Director of the Division of Legislative Services in conformance with § 30-28.12 of the Code of Virginia; and

WHEREAS, as of the date of the reporting of this resolution to the Senate of Virginia for its consideration the Senate Committee on Rules is deemed to have appointed Amigo R. Wade of Chesterfield, Virginia 23838, as Director of the Division of Legislative Services in conformance with § 30-28.12 of the Code of Virginia; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That the General Assembly, each house thereof voting separately, confirm the appointment of Amigo R. Wade to be the Director of the Division of Legislative Services and serve at the pleasure of the Committees on Rules of the House of Delegates and the Senate.
