SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; joint subcommittee to study issues related to firearms and safety in the Commonwealth; report. Establishes a two-year joint subcommittee to study numerous issues related to firearms, firearms safety, violence, and Second Amendment rights. The resolution directs the joint subcommittee to file an interim report after November 2020 and a final report after November 2021.
