Virginia Commercial Driver's License Act; intent and purpose. Repeals the statement of intent and purpose in the Virginia Commercial Driver's License Act (the Act). The bill does not affect any substantive provisions of the Act. This bill is a recommendation of the Virginia Code Commission.
