SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Transportation revenues. Directs the Secretary of Transportation to evaluate (i) the impact of increased fuel efficiency and increased use of hybrid and electric vehicles on transportation revenues and (ii) potential options to provide a sustainable funding stream for transportation infrastructure, and report to the General Assembly no later than December 10, 2020.
