SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Campaign finance; reporting of certain contributions received immediately prior to legislative session. Requires any single contribution of $1,000 or more that is knowingly received or reported by a candidate for statewide office or the General Assembly during the period beginning January 1 and ending on the day immediately before the first day of a regular session of the General Assembly to be reported to and received by the State Board of Elections by January 15. The bill requires these contributions to also be reported on the first regular report following the date of the contribution.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Campaign finance; reporting of certain contributions received immediately prior to legislative session.
