Study; Virginia State Crime Commission; equity and fairness in Virginia's criminal justice system; report. Directs the Virginia State Crime Commission to study equity and fairness in Virginia's criminal justice system and to submit its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly no later than the first day of the 2021 Regular Session.
