SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Workers' compensation; occupational disease presumption; police dispatchers. Establishes a presumption that hypertension or heart disease causing the death or disability of full-time salaried police dispatchers is an occupational disease compensable under the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act.
