SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Department of Criminal Justice Services; powers and duties; human trafficking training. Directs the Department of Criminal Justice Services, under the direction of the Criminal Justice Services Board, to develop an online course to train hotel proprietors on recognizing the signs of human trafficking and how to respond appropriately. The bill also defines "hotel" and "hotel proprietor."
