SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Registration fees for vehicles not designed or used for transportation of passengers. Exempts trucks weighing less than 26,000 pounds from the additional truck registration fee. The bill also exempts trucks, regardless of weight, that are driven less than 25,000 miles per year.
