SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Prohibition against participation in games of chance; exception for private clubs. Creates an exception to the general prohibition against participation in games of chance for games that are conducted in private clubs, provided such private clubs are not commonly used for games of chance and there is no operator of such games.
