SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Industrial hemp products; signage; green cross emblem. Authorizes any locality to adopt ordinances restricting the display by any business that sells hemp products of the symbol of a green cross with arms of equal length on exterior signage. The bill also authorizes the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services to adopt regulations restricting such display.
