SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Department of Transportation; Elizabeth River Crossings. Directs the Virginia Department of Transportation to terminate the contract with Elizabeth River Crossings related to the Downtown and Midtown Tunnels across the Elizabeth River for cause due to the defective tube in the Midtown Tunnel or, if unable to terminate for cause, for convenience.
