Involuntary admission or certification of eligibility order; appeals. Clarifies provisions governing appeals of orders for involuntary admission or for certification as eligible for admission to a training center and provides that in cases in which a person is released during the pendency of an appeal, the appeal shall be in accordance with provisions for testing the legality of detention.
