SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Motor vehicle dealers; advertising. Prohibits motor vehicle dealers from advertising a vehicle's odometer reading or vehicle miles traveled unless such reading is accurate and such advertisement is updated if the odometer reading or vehicle miles traveled subsequently increases by at least 100 miles.
