SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Interior lights; operator requirements. Requires the operator of a motor vehicle, autocycle, road roller, road machinery, or tractor truck equipped with an interior light or lights and used on a highway to ensure that such lights are in good working order. The bill further requires an operator of any such vehicle equipped with interior lights to illuminate at least one such light, including the light in closest proximity to the front seats, immediately upon stopping after having received a visible or audible signal from any law-enforcement officer to bring his motor vehicle to a stop between sunset and sunrise. The bill contains technical amendments.
