SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Compliance with terms and conditions of personal motor vehicle insurance policy; age of party seeking liability coverage. Provides that any party, regardless of the age of such party, seeking liability coverage under a personal motor vehicle insurance policy shall comply with the terms and conditions of an insurance policy, including the duty to cooperate in any investigation of a claim in which liability coverage is sought.
