SENATE BILL NO. 435 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Conservation and Natural Resources on January 14, 2020) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Senator Surovell) A BILL to prohibit licensing of duck blinds in certain areas.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Department of Game and Inland Fisheries shall not license any stationary waterfowl blind in any area of Hunting Creek, Little Hunting Creek, or Dogue Creek in which the local governing body prohibits by ordinance the hunting of birds with a firearm.
