SENATE BILL NO. 17 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the Senate Committee on the Judiciary on January 15, 2020) (Patrons Prior to Substitute--Senators Ebbin and Edwards [SB 39]) A BILL to repeal §§ 20-45.2 and 20-45.3 of the Code of Virginia, relating to same-sex marriages; civil unions.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That §§ 20-45.2 and 20-45.3 of the Code of Virginia are repealed.
