Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Conservation and Recreation (the Department) with the approval of the Governor pursuant to §10.1-109 of the Code of Virginia is hereby authorized to convey by quitclaim deed any right, title or interest that it may have in 0.084 acre more or less, lying adjacent to New River Trail State Park in Pulaski County, Draper, Virginia, as shown on  a plat of survey by NRV Land Surveyors, Inc. dated 10/22/19, as it may be revised to Charles L. O’Dell III, his successors and assigns, upon terms and conditions as the Department deems proper.  Such conveyance shall be made without consideration. Such conveyance shall be for the purpose of resolving a boundary encroachment issue; the use of the property by the grantee preceded the donation of the property to the Department by Norfolk Southern Railroad.

§2.  The conveyance shall be made in a form approved by the Attorney General. The appropriate officials of the Commonwealth are hereby authorized to prepare, execute, and deliver such deed and other documents as may be necessary to accomplish the conveyance.
