SENATE BILL NO. 1021 Offered January 17, 2020 A BILL relating to the Kings Highway Bridge. ---------- Patrons-- Cosgrove and Lucas ---------- Referred to Committee on Transportation ----------

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Kings Highway Bridge, located in the City of Suffolk, shall be eligible for state of good repair funds pursuant to § 33.2-369 of the Code of Virginia.

2. That the Commonwealth Transportation Board shall cooperate with the City of Suffolk and members of the House of Delegates and the Senate of Virginia representing the City of Suffolk to work together to identify potential funding sources for the replacement of the Kings Highway Bridge located in the City of Suffolk.
