Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 29.1-342.1 as follows:

§ 29.1-342.1. Waterfowl blinds in locality where bird hunting with firearms prohibited.

The Department shall not license any stationary waterfowl blind in any area in which a local governing body prohibits by ordinance the hunting of birds with a firearm.
