2. That the provisions of this act shall expire upon the
effective date of an act of assembly passed by the 2020 Session of the General Assembly
that creates a marketplace license that allows persons operating a business
enterprise the primary function of which is not the sale of alcoholic beverages
to serve complimentary wine or beer to bona fide customers.
