A BILL to amend and reenact §§ 2.2-3711, 18.2-334.3, 19.2-389,
as it is currently effective and as it shall become effective, 37.2-304,
58.1-4000, 58.1-4002, 58.1-4006, 58.1-4007, 58.1-4012, and
58.1-4027 of the Code of Virginia and to amend the Code of Virginia by adding
in Chapter 3 of Title 11 a section numbered 11-16.1, by adding in Article 1 of
Chapter 3 of Title 37.2 a section numbered 37.2-314.1, and by adding in Chapter
40 of Title 58.1 an article numbered 2, consisting of sections numbered
58.1-4030 through 58.1-4056, relating to the Virginia Lottery Board; regulation
of the manufacturing, distributing, owning, hosting, and playing of electronic
