SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

College partnership laboratory schools; funding; priority. Requires the Board of Education, in making distributions from the College Partnership Laboratory School Fund to college partnership laboratory schools requesting moneys from such Fund, to give priority to any historically black college or university in the Commonwealth that proposes a program of innovative, trauma-informed instruction for students.
