Commending the New Baltimore Animal Hospital.

WHEREAS, the New Baltimore Animal Hospital has served the residents of Fauquier County and their pets since 1981; and

WHEREAS, the New Baltimore Animal Hospital was voted first place in Virginia Living magazine’s “Best of Virginia 2018” under the Best Veterinary Hospital category; and

WHEREAS, the New Baltimore Animal Hospital’s top priorities are to provide its patients with the best possible care and to help educate clients regarding all aspects of pet health and preventative care; and

WHEREAS, the New Baltimore Animal Hospital offers a wide range of services, including diagnostics, therapy, surgery, anesthesia, radiology, electrocardiography, laboratory screenings, pharmacy, dentistry, flea control, dietary and behavioral counseling, bathing, and emergency care; and

WHEREAS, the New Baltimore Animal Hospital has maintained American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accreditation for 30 years, meeting rigorous standards for practice protocols, medical equipment, and facility and client service; and

WHEREAS, the New Baltimore Animal Hospital, like all AAHA-accredited hospitals, is recognized as being among the finest in the industry, and its accreditation is consistently reviewed to ensure that its standards remain on the cutting edge of veterinary excellence; and

WHEREAS, the New Baltimore Animal Hospital is evaluated on approximately 900 quality standards that go above and beyond Virginia state regulations, covering everything from patient care and pain management to staff training and advanced diagnostic services; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the New Baltimore Animal Hospital hereby be commended on the occasion of its reaccreditation in 2019; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the New Baltimore Animal Hospital as an expression of the House of Delegates’ admiration for its legacy of service to the Fauquier County community.
