SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Certificate of public need; certain nursing facilities in a continuing care retirement community; nursing home bed cap. Changes from 10 percent of a nursing facility to the lesser of 25 percent of a nursing facility or 15 nursing home beds the cap on nursing home beds that are eligible for medical assistance in certain nursing facilities in Planning District 8 in a continuing care retirement community that may be certified to participate in the state program for medical assistance without regard to a certificate of public need. This bill is identical to HB 2722.
